Morgan Phillips
Morgan is from Gillette Wyoming.
He earned a B.S. Degree in Watershed Science and an M.S. Degere in Atmospheric Science from Colorado State University, where he also worked for the Colorado Climate Center. Morgan is now an I-WATER Scholar working toward a PhD on climate change and water resources in the Colorado Rockies.
His interests include the transfer of water between the atmosphere and the surface, as well as the interaction of precipitation and land cover.
